The Spinlock TC50 4×2 Sheave Double Stack Organiser is the largest model in the TC50/D range, designed for yachts requiring management of eight control lines in a dense, high-load configuration. Positioned in two stacked rows of four, the organiser uses 50 mm alloy sheaves on plain bearings to handle large-diameter lines and the extreme loads typical of modern performance rigs.
The lower row delivers the full TC50 Safe Working Load, while the upper row is rated for reduced loads, allowing high-load primary lines to run through the lower sheaves and secondary or moderate-load lines to run through the upper row. This dual-layer configuration allows substantial system capacity without expanding horizontal footprint.
The symmetrical and asymmetrical variants offer flexibility for deck layouts, while compatibility with line diameters up to 14 mm makes the organiser suitable for large and heavily loaded yachts.
